Cases exchange or return is possible
- Exchange or return on changing one’s mind or error in purchase is possible within 14 days from the date the product has been received (Customer pays for shipping)

Cancellation possible status
- One may immediately cancel the order during the ‘Preparing Product’ stage which is in the order details.
- Please understand that even if one applies to cancel the order in the ‘Preparing Delivery’ stage, cancellation cannot be processed after the product has been shipped.

Refund procedure based on payment methods
- Payment without passbook will be refunded to the customer's refund account within 3 business days after confirmation of return. Included orders or orders to certain island areas/mailbox delivery may take an additional 2-3 days.
- If payed with credit card, credit card authorization will be revoked and one will not be charged.
